As part of our Ancient Egyptian topic, we have begun looking at the process of mummification.
We looked at how people were embalmed in these past times including the what organs were removed and what they did with them. The process of drying the body out with salt, then adding the oil, resin and linen (we now call bandages) that were wrapped around the body.
The class worked in pairs, and had 2 minutes to try to create a mummy with toilet tissue (our version of bandages). they had lots of fun and different success!!
